Andrew, is a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Australasia, Advisory and Capital Markets at UBS. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the sector having advised on over A$16 billion worth of transactions, ranging from M&A takeover defence and buy-side roles to advising independent directors on related party transactions. In addition, Andrew has advised on numerous real estate IPO’s, secondary issuances and block-trades raising over A$22billion in listed capital.

Prior to joining UBS, Andrew spent 16 years with Macquarie Capital Advisors and before that 4 years at Grant Thornton in the UK. Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and has a Master of Civil Engineering from Nottingham University.
